This policy says what personal data TT-Fights collects on tt-fights.com, why, and what you may ask of the league about it.
What is collected
- Accounts of officials and staff: name, e-mail address, the password (kept only as a hash) and the PIN of the judges' console.
- The judges' console: every action of an official is recorded with its time and author, as the record of the bout.
- Technical data: the IP address, the browser and the pages requested, kept in the server's logs.
- Fighters: name, photograph, country, date of birth, height, weight and record, published as part of the league's results.
- Messages: the address you write from and what you write.
Why
To hold the competitions and publish their results, to let officials sign in, to keep the site secure and to answer messages. Personal data is not sold and is not used for advertising.
Cookies
The site sets only the cookies it needs to work: the session of a signed-in account, the protection of forms against forgery (CSRF) and the language chosen. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Who else sees it
The company that hosts the site, bound to protect the data. Results, fighters' profiles and the judges' scores of a bout are public by the nature of the competition.
How long
Account data is kept while the account is in use. The records of bouts are kept as part of the league's history. Server logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask what data about you the league holds, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use, as far as the law of Ukraine and, where it applies, the GDPR allow. Write to the address below.
Changes
This policy may change; the date at the top says when it last did.
